We have worked fully remote since our founding, by conviction. Good work needs focus and trust, not a specific postcode. Our team is globally distributed and meets regularly in our virtual office. It works because we design it that way deliberately.

Since our founding, we work fully remote, not as a compromise, but by conviction. Remote work enables better work-life balance and access to good people, wherever they live.

Remote does not mean isolated. In our virtual office we sit "next to each other", walk over for spontaneous conversations or take coffee breaks together. Almost like a real office.
The Founders
Peter and Markus founded qupaya with the conviction that great software comes from clear decisions, technical depth, and honest collaboration. Both bring years of project experience in architecture, delivery, and team leadership, plus a background as trainers for developer teams.
